When we work with a client, we commit to providing you with the best and most thorough representation in what might just be your life's biggest purchase?   And, the best part, our services don't cost you a thing.  These large developments pay "cooperating" agents a fee to help them sell their units.  Even though we are paid from the developer, our agency allegiance and our fiduciary responsibilities are to you, our client.  This is contractual, this is ethical and best of all, this ensures you have someone on your side.  There is only one catch, we must accompany you on your first visit to the new developers offices (their requirements, not ours).
